What is the deadline to have your promotion points in by?

For example, if I want to be pick up E5 next month, what day is the deadline to have all your points in by?

Read my comment above I’d actually go a day sooner just because we all know EMILPO and IPERMS likes to crash and it has to be in by the 10th so HRC can see it when they pull it on the 15th!

The 8th because it all has to hit the system and be updated in IPERMS before HRC pulls everything on the 15th! I use to work in an S1 and have partial EMILPO Access! But SSG (Join to see) is right by saying the 9th in a way most want it by then 10th that’s the day the S1 has to have it all in the system by but we all know systems crash or don’t work some days so don’t wait till the last day or even the day before! So my advice the 8th!

SGT (Join to see) the 8th of the month prior! How can you submit on the 8th of December for December if it’s already December? Think about questions before you ask them sometimes before you ask them especially if you are trying to become a SGT!

Lol okay you weren’t that specific other than saying “the 8th”. The 8th could mean next month. I figured next month because the scores come out on the 15th

That was true up until about a year ago. HRC moved the pull and release dates to the left. Now points are released on the pulled on the 8th and released on the 15th. Now they have the 26 day rule, which says your PPW must be updated by the 26th of the month before the month prior to the promotion month. To be eligible to promote in December, their PPW has to be dated NLT 26 October
