What is the discharge status for a MED Board? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-is-the-discharge-status-for-a-med-board <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If a soldier was flagged for a PT test prior to being recommended for an MEB due to an unrelated condition. (PT test pushed out due to COVID and never ended up happening... Has been asking to take another one on more than one occasion.) I have heard from my CoC that per regulation that soldier has to get out on a general. Is that true? if so please point me in the right direction to the reg or if it&#39;s wrong the reg used to inform them. This soldier has had no UMCJ or disciplinary counselings and has overall not been any trouble? Remember, a MEB does not always lead to separation. You could be retained if your condition does not warrant separation. So do Soldiers who are flagged, whether it’s for PT or adverse action. Generally speaking, unless you are kicked out on a chapter you will receive an Honorable.
