Which I understand why, but I am unable to find any publication about a stop date for my soliders recently out of AIT. What is the end date for the GWOT Ribbon? 2021-11-11T01:34:18-05:00 SSG Private RallyPoint Member 7363592

Other soliders have been saying that new soliders won't receive the GWOT. The first has specific dates of applicability. The second is still being awarded.

If you dig into the Awards regulation, you can find the requirements and make a huge impact on your Soldiers morale by helping them get one of their first medals. There will always be barracks lawyers making crazy proclamations. Just ask for proof because if there isn't proof it is a rumor at best . If it is BS or the person made it up it will buff itself out.
