I still know most of the numbers of steps in the staircases of many buildings on base. I know it takes four steps to cross a parking space. When I still lived in the dorms I would average 180 steps to the chow hall.Response by MSgt Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 28 at 2014 10:05 PM2014-04-28T22:05:13-04:002014-04-28T22:05:13-04:00PO1 William "Chip" Nagel114080<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Smoking!Response by PO1 William "Chip" Nagel made Apr 28 at 2014 10:07 PM2014-04-28T22:07:46-04:002014-04-28T22:07:46-04:00MSgt Keith Hebert114105<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>SmokingResponse by MSgt Keith Hebert made Apr 28 at 2014 10:38 PM2014-04-28T22:38:44-04:002014-04-28T22:38:44-04:00SGM Matthew Quick114187<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Eating cookies...DAMN! I have done it since I was a baby and during high stress moments it is certainly worse. I gnaw at them until they bleed and then continue until they hurt to touch.<br /><br />I've attempted everything I can to stop, but nothing works. My wife hates it, as it drives her nuts and I often get blood on things at the house without realizing it. The only thing I can think of to really stop me from doing it is to wear gloves 24/7, but of course I can't do that. <br /><br />Any suggestions from the field?Response by MSG(P) Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 29 at 2014 6:42 PM2014-04-29T18:42:37-04:002014-04-29T18:42:37-04:00GySgt Private RallyPoint Member114798<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Cursing like a sailor.<br />One thing I have yet to break is good dieting, I can do it for a month but after that... nom nom nom.
