I&#39;ve cleared the browser history, deleted temp files, checked security boxes and I still get the &quot;Your Session Could Not Be Established&quot; screen. Any idea what&#39;s going on? Response by LTC Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 9 at 2019 5:43 AM 2019-12-09T05:43:22-05:00 2019-12-09T05:43:22-05:00 MSG Gary Eckert 5324202 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>It is probably a certificate issue either because you received a new ID card with a new certificate that the existing tunnel does not recognize or your Enterprise Email has transitioned to you PIV certificate and the connection still has your ID certificate. In either case, if you start a new session and select the correct certificate you should be good.
