This may be a dumb question...I did the bod pod at the army wellness center and my results told me I was 4% under the allotted percentage I’m given, which is 32% for my age and height. However, the tape says I’m 34%. I am getting retaped Monday but I don’t think I’ll be able to cut that inch that I need. I’ve sweated it out in the sauna and I haven’t eaten much this whole weekend. I am going to try the wrapping technique but just in case I want to know what will happen. This will be strike 2 for me and I know the regulation but again just trying to see all my options.

I would bring a copy of your bod pod test to your command. I've seen commanders forego chapter for people who tape at or around percentage, but who's actual percentage in a bod pod was lower. Basically, adhering to the spirit and intent of the regulation than the letter of it. Commanders are given quite a bit of leeway in handing down discipline.
As for the chapter, your percentage is irrelevant. Again, commanders have significant leeway in how and when they proceed with chapter, under the guidance of legal.
I would also take to your legal to ask if anyone within your Brigade previously used a more accurate test to beat an ABCP chapter for failed tape.
