What is the likelihood that HRC would QMP a person for a past occurrence?

I have some paperwork in my file from when I was an E5 such as a GOMOR but I have been promoted since the incident. I am about to leave TDY for NCOES class (ALC). I know that the qmp doesn't apply because it happened as an E5 and I'm an E6 now and according to their guidance and faq's I read, I should be considered as having overcame this for qmp purposes. Worst case scenario though, because I've heard horror stories of DA just trying to qmp and separate people anyway, what would happen in this situation? Would they pull me from tdy?
Am I just overreacting about this?

You will not get pulled from NCOES and you are overreacting. It didn't happen while in your current grade. The Gomar will stay in your ompf until you want to get it moved to restricted fiche which I do recommend.

I am planning on appealing to the daseb to have it moved? Do you know specifics about the process? How do I start and what do I show them? Does it involve my coc?

The horror stories you've heard are just stories. QMP is only applied when the event happened in your current grade. Back in 2013 when QMP was first reinstated and we were drawing down, HRC went through all the old records to look for people to QMP and there was a huge purge of below quality NCOs. Now, when something negative is added to your record it automatically triggers a QMP which are conducted several times a year.

This is generally not the case. You should be fine. Look into he process of removing it from you open records. While it may not QMP you, it will be a - when it comes to future promotions.
