What is the main problem you face, since you joined the military?

Thinking back, the main problem I had was with my finances. I took a major pay cut going into the AF, and it took several years to bring my thinking into line with my means.

Maintaining 5th generation jets. It is incredibly hard to implement changes or lessens learned to help improve maintenance standards.

SPC Margaret Higgins the main problem I faced when I joined the military, was every unit I went to it deactivate and inactivated. I went to 4 units in the first 5 years of my career. I guess its life. Its called changes!

I have tried to stay along the same progression route as my civilian counterparts. As of right now, I am set to surpass them. I will graduate with a four year degree while a lot of others ran out of money and burned out. I will be able to go on to graduate school while many others are forced to get out into the workplace to pay off their overinflated loans. In the meantime, I already have three years of very credible work history as an all source strategic analyst. On top of that, I am entering the first level of leadership in the military so I have supervisory and leadership experience while most of the people I graduated high school with have not begin working "real" jobs yet.
