We got soldiers on leave and I am trying to find out what big army defines as ROM and what limitations that implies for the soldiers. <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Restriction of movement is just the fancy term for quarantine. No specific regulation or memo that I recall, but it means no leaving the place f residence for anything for 14 days.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have had to ROM three times in the past few months. On Army, Navy, and Marine bases. Each time there was a local instruction that was being followed. Each base had slightly different instructions. It would be best if you see what kind of local instruction your installation is utilizing.
