Following the examples, clearly articulating your words in the resume and attention to detail. Have your packet reviewed by your senior recommending Warrant prior to submission. I also had English majors review my work as well. I was very lucky to have the people I had to review my packet. Good luck and if you need anything, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Every part of it. If your admin data is jacked up, your packet will be kicked back. The board will look at your ncoers, erb, picture, lor’s, and RESUME. Notice I capitalized that. Don’t be lazy on your resume. Fill in every block with qualitive and quantitive information. The board has maybe 2-3 min to look at your packet. Your Summary should be 3 short paragraphs about what makes you the right guy become a aviation warrant officer. Good luck

getting a CW3 or higher to give you a letter of recommendation that is a pilot.

Putting your name on it. At least that is what my teachers have always told me through the years.
