SSG Private RallyPoint Member 2635245 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I know this program exist I just don&#39;t know the name of it. I work weekends for my civilian job and lose 20K a year just from attending 12 monthly drills. Any help would be appreciated. What is the name of the program that allows a Reservist to do approximately 30 days of orders to then not be required to attend drill? 2017-06-09T06:56:02-04:00 SSG Private RallyPoint Member 2635245 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I know this program exist I just don&#39;t know the name of it. Next, click vacancy search and you will see the option for IMA. Finally, fill in the information about your MOS and what state you are looking for and it will give some option along with the contact information. It is WBIL, World Basic Information Library. You go through a training program, then you are assigned a country and a leader. You do so many hours a month for points. I did this for some time, was very good and interesting. If your unit is willing nothing says you have to drill weekends, you have 48 UTA&#39;s per year. When I was in my old unit we had several soldiers who RST ed allot during the week because they needed the bodies, the unit had allot of equipment etc. Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Jun 9 at 2017 1:48 PM 2017-06-09T13:48:52-04:00 2017-06-09T13:48:52-04:00 Cadet 2LT Private RallyPoint Member 2636889 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Is the IRR not an option? If I was losing that much money from attending drill I would strongly consider that option.
