What is the normal timeline for a Family Care Plan chapter?

Depends on if all of the paperwork is completed correctly and how long it takes to get through legal. If the chain of command is on the ball it goes by quickly.

I completed one in 8 working days.
From CDRS directive to start, to SM out processing and getting his final out stamp.
That was an exception for sure.

Id say if there are no obstructions 4-8 weeks
