Is this the normal turnaround time? I ask because several of my Officers submitted theirs to the Navy and already have theirs returned. What is the normal turnaround time for a Fort Rucker Flight Physical?2017-04-09T04:02:37-04:00PO1 Private RallyPoint Member2481729<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I submitted my Flight Physical at the end of Jan and had my corpsman look up the status and it says last viewed early March. But then again that may be because I'm Army and it may take a little more time since you're NavyResponse by CW2 Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 9 at 2017 10:39 AM2017-04-09T10:39:37-04:002017-04-09T10:39:37-04:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member2482146<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I'm not sure exactly how long it is for pilots but for a class 4 flight physical it doesn't take longer than 2 weeks. Unless your results are controversial, then it may take a while. I have a waiver so I know every year mine will take a bit longer to be approved.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 9 at 2017 11:01 AM2017-04-09T11:01:26-04:002017-04-09T11:01:26-04:00CW2 Private RallyPoint Member2508111<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I do apologize I do not have that information as I am a technical warrant officer and policies at Fort Ruckers can be very fluid. I would check with either a senior flight warrants officer or you're human resources personnel. Stay persistent never quit and give them 100% good luckResponse by CW2 Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 20 at 2017 2:19 PM2017-04-20T14:19:30-04:002017-04-20T14:19:30-04:00CW2 Private RallyPoint Member2547051<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>My initial flight physical to come to flight school took 4-5 weeks to get approved and sent back to me; and I was active duty army at that time. If you are on a tight time hack to get your packet in or something like that I would say to talk to your doctors and see if they can get the process expedited, or track down the number to the approving flight surgeons office and give them a call.Response by CW2 Private RallyPoint Member made May 4 at 2017 7:36 PM2017-05-04T19:36:37-04:002017-05-04T19:36:37-04:00CW3 Tom Sheahan2574349<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Sorry, can't help you it's been too many yearsResponse by CW3 Tom Sheahan made May 16 at 2017 6:33 PM2017-05-16T18:33:55-04:002017-05-16T18:33:55-04:00CW3 James Lowman2677930<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>My recommendation is send any physical paperwork overnight with a prepaid over night return envelope. Now that's how we got fast turn arounds 17 years ago. Things have changed I'm sure, but keep the ball in your court by keeping control of your packet. Fast turn around doing as mentioned above, especially if you are shooting for a specific board date, and also may need corrections. DO NOT let it get lost in Distro!Response by CW3 James Lowman made Jun 25 at 2017 11:19 AM2017-06-25T11:19:07-04:002017-06-25T11:19:07-04:002017-04-09T04:02:37-04:00
