What is the policy for reclassifications? Currently many contract 0651 students are being changed to 0621. Can this be challenged?

Cyber Network Operator to Field Radio Operator. Did you sign up for 0651 and before school started, you were re-classed to Field Radio Operator? What was the justification for this change?

You can challenge it, but it's probably a lost cause. Almost every contract has that "needs of the service" clause.

We had a similar situation with our firefighters around 06-07. Basically after research and discussion with the IG, at that time if the Soldier had completed the training and served a year in their contracted MOS they were open for involuntary reclass due to needs of the Army and restructuring. Don't know if the Marines have the same situation.
You can always challenge anything but success is another thing as HRC wouldn't put it out without researching it.
Contact your 1SG and then talk to the IG.
