After I return to CONUS at the end of my tour does my dwell time reset? What is the policy on dwell time for a 1-year unaccompanied tour? 2019-01-24T09:28:25-05:00 CPT Private RallyPoint Member 4312437

I'm about to PCS to Korea for 1 year but I'm leaving my dependents at home. The addition of these service types does not change the long and short tour policies in any
way.

Non-Command Sponsored tours regardless of area in Korea are dependent restricted tours.

Dwell time is to reset to zero upon arrival to Korea on a dependent restricted tour.

I believe it is pro- rated though. If you were 1 year in Korea, non-CS you get 6 months of dwell time...
