I was flagged two days before graduation. I did not get to walk at graduation or participate in family day but i still graduated the course. I was flagged for ucmj action. It has been 23 days since i have been flagged and i was suppose to go to my first duty station 20 days ago. I have been told nothing and have not been given a punishment, timeline, update, ect. I have asked my Plt. Sgt and nothing. Is there any way to get answers, and possibly expedite this process. I was told I am low priority but I am the only active duty out of 50 that is MOS-Q and not getting chaptered or medically discharged. I have a 275 PT score and I was in the top of my class academically. I stay out of sight and out of mind. This is my first time getting in trouble except for a counseling for having tobacco in phase 4. Any advice would help! I accept the fact I had a laspe of judgement but i am ready to get my punishment and drive on with the mission.

Looks like you are already on his shit list, why dig the hole deeper? They will move as fast as they can but it sounds like you have a whole of company on his list. They will get to you when they get to you- are you in a hurry for loss of a stripe, 7 days pay and 7 days restriction, plus the fact you are flagged and will not be going anywhere till the case is decided, so the orders don't count. So now you may end up somewhere else, and when you get there they will be watching you because you have shown yourself to be a screwup. Want to play serious pranks- should have stayed in the Boy Scouts.

That record should not follow him to his next post. Those records are by regulation supposed to be removed for any soldier below E-5 after either 2 years or a PCS move. Since AIT to first duty station is a PCS move, that record should not follow him.
The purpose of Article 15 is to correct behavior without branding the soldier for life. That changes for a NCO, but if we branded every Skeeter Wing that did something stupid for his entire career, we would have damn few NCO's.

Sgt with all due respect. People come on here for answers. If you have no intent to help why bother commenting?

SPC (Join to see) - In fairness, the SGT's answer is the most honest answer you're going to get. Your misbehavior doesn't change the fact that your chain of command likely has hundreds of more pressing issues to deal with...

SFC Michael Hasbun these kids don't want honesty. They want someone to tell them what they really want to hearto make them feel better.

If it wasn't "severe", I'm surprised they didn't just give you a verbal/written reprimand and a week of extra duty within days of the alleged event.
