What is the process for going 37F in the reserves? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-is-the-process-for-going-37f-in-the-reserves

I'm currently active 11B on my way out. After my ETS I was considering reclassing to 37F in the reserves. I've been to the MISO recruiting brief that detailed the pipeline for the active side of the house, but I'm clueless on how it works for the reserves, since it doesn't fall under SOC. All my google searches come up short, only pertaining to active duty 37F. Any info would be appreciated. Find a unit. Contact the unit. Submit a transfer. Just be aware that there are some qualifications you must meet such as ST score on ASVAB. Pass the Color blindness test and 70% or higher on APFT is preferred. You will be required to attend MOS reclass within 6 months. It's a 29 day course and you have to pass minimum body fat standards upon check in or you go home that day. The reclass is a condensed course. It is high stress, long hours and is made up of three phases. Online course, the resident course and an 7 day FTX.
If you have further questions contact me. I am an instructor for the MOS-T course. I'd be happy to help you out! I did some research and found a listing of all Psyop units, contacted an Army Recruiter and put him in contact with the unit. I am currently waiting on grade determination, and should be gained by the unit next month if all goes as planned. Not sure on the time lapse between being gained and attending reclass training. But if I can help let me know. It now is simply PSYOP Soldiers performing PSYOP operations.

Now. To answer your question, it is one class broken up into two resident phases and one DL phase. The Disrancr Learning is phase 1. Then you go to the resident course which is phas 2 (two weeks) and phase 3 (just under 2 weeks) for a total of 29 days. Phase two is all classroom I structuring and practical exercises and phase three is in the field. Two exams, an STX CULMEX and a 4 day FTX. Tcourse is about to field a new Program of Instruction and a few things will likely change but as of this FY and next it should be like this.
