Kind of a 94F doesn&#39;t need a language, and it isn&#39;t authorized as part of my unit&#39;s MTOE, so I wouldn&#39;t get a packet approved. However, CMF 35 can attend language schools, but it would need to be required in the MTOE. [Remember now that we have exited Afghanistan,] Then what are the needs of the Army for the CY which are MOS/Branch driven. That grade is important but fluency is a must; And personnel are queried agains those needs.
