PFC Private RallyPoint Member5940888<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>During in processing for ait, the system said I was E-1 base pay. However, I am an E-3. My unit does not have 4187s for my promotion but they are creating them to send to me. After receiving these and showing them to finance I’d imagine my base pay will be that of an E-3. However would I get backpay for the amount of time that I am being paid as an E-1 or how does that work? What is the process for receiving backpay for my time in AIT when I was an E-3, but was being paid as an E-1?2020-05-27T14:46:07-04:00PFC Private RallyPoint Member5940888<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>During in processing for ait, the system said I was E-1 base pay. That should also provide back pay depending on the date. Also you'll need a copy for your records.Response by 2LT Private RallyPoint Member made May 27 at 2020 3:10 PM2020-05-27T15:10:22-04:002020-05-27T15:10:22-04:00SSgt Private RallyPoint Member5941343<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Go to finance with your LES, and have them uodate it.
