After some time i was think of going active. Also possibly changing my MOS, I currently have a permanent profile ( not sure if that would disqualify me to transition) im not sure of the process. Also if all goes well woukd i be relocated? What is the process to change from National Guard to active duty Army? 2019-01-24T22:18:58-05:00 SPC Private RallyPoint Member 4314320

I am a 92G ( food specialist ) and I enlisted in 2016 i done basic and AIT i just got transfer to a new unit in North Carolina. You'll need to work with a recruiter. At some point, they'll be a DD368 for a conditional release from the reserve component to the active duty component. If it was a non deployable profile you would have been separated from the Guard.
If you go active you'll get what the Army needs at that time. Asking what options you'll get is like asking someone what vehicles a used car dealership will have next month. It's just supply and demand.
