I don&#39;t feel that anyone should be able to post anonymously. 2) the mobile app is slow and clunky. If you compair the RP app to LinkedIn you can realy see where some improvements can be made.<br /><br />As to RP as a whole, this site was a life saver for me when I was unemployed. Not only did I get some good tips, but it helped me stay sane and keep calm while looking for work. I don&#39;t have the time to post like I did when I was unemployed, but I always try and give back to the community that helped me. As I move farther and farther from being on active duty I realize that you just can&#39;t find the camaraderie of the military in most civilian organizations. I often found myself searching out new employees with prior military experience regardless of what department they worked in just so that we could compare experiences. After being on RP for a while I&#39;ve also found it to be an outlet to share my experiences, both military and civilian, with those facing situations similar to mine.
