It does look weird though, I&#39;d move it up to about an inch below the top velcro. Anywhere else and you&#39;re taking a chance they don&#39;t know what they are doing. Even a Navy Tailor hosed up my rank on my Kevlar Cover when I was stationed at Ft. Sheridan, near Great Lakes Naval Base, in Illinois.
