What is the regulation on when/where to wear the black beret with ACU's?

here is the reg per DA PAM 670-1: b. The beret.
(1) General. The black beret is not the standard headgear for wear with the combat uniform. However, commanders
retain the authority to prescribe the black beret for special events such as parades or changes of command/responsibility.
Soldiers wear berets as indicated below:

Really? It the same regulation that says how to wear your other uniform parts. I'd try google.com. If your going to survive in today's military, you NEED to know how to research things and that is the most basic of things that you should have learned in basic training

To those who “dinged” this SPC for asking a question, shame on you. At least he asked and he came here to where he thought he could. Good for you SPC Pennington. No problem here. I can understand your confusion because time change’s and it’s not always updated on “Google” and nor can you always find it on the web site IF your not still in. If your still in, then yes, your Company should be helping you out there. But again in my book, there is no stupid question....at least your asking and not going out there and making a foul out of yourself and making the rest of us look ....well you know....
