What is the time frame for getting a decision on a medical waiver?

My recruiter is sending my waiver up tomorrow. Yes know there is no known time frame. But, has anyone else went through the same process and have any kind of time frame they can give me?

I had to get a family size waiver. The process was pretty fast. I recall it taking less than 3 weeks. I'm not sure how other waivers work, but mine involved paperwork, interview and questions about my finances.
