It took two weeks to review and clear me to enlist due to a broken collar bone that occurred 21 years prior.Response by SGT Dave Tracy made Nov 19 at 2019 2:27 PM2019-11-19T14:27:20-05:002019-11-19T14:27:20-05:00Sgt Private RallyPoint Member5253903<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>We have no idea what the issue is and how big the hurdle that you face. <p class="pta-link-card-description">So recently I've been waiting on a waiver. So my recruiter told me its a process. So it took a month for them to review it. Its been two weeks now and it still says reviewing. How long does it take to review it. Who is in charge of reviewing waivers?</p>

I had to get a waiver for retained hardware. I submitted mine when I was still at MEPS around 11 that morning. Literally thirty minutes later, the Navy Liaison came into the cafeteria and said my waiver had been approved. I was able to sign a contract that day. It's different for everyone though. I've heard of people's taking several months.Response by Kiersten Childs made Nov 20 at 2019 12:24 AM2019-11-20T00:24:56-05:002019-11-20T00:24:56-05:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member5261681<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Actually I can tell you that Dr. Wong is currently on the week of Nov 8th. Assuming MEPS submitted your paperwork today, you should know if your waiver is approved within the next 3 weeks then again you probably have to add a week for the holiday.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Nov 21 at 2019 7:16 PM2019-11-21T19:16:11-05:002019-11-21T19:16:11-05:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member5314195<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>The best answer I can give you from personal experience is...
