What is the typical shift of a 92g mos in the United States Army? I know it’s varies by the base but overall what is their more likely shift? And so they really not get a day off like other mos?

If you know about the food industry you work weekends, holidays. Alternating shifts 0300-1100 , 1000-1800.

It varies. When I was active duty,I would get an early shift, then the next day I would get a lunch/dinner shift.

It's pretty much how SFC Gray said. There are times when your facility can be short-handed on cooks and there is just one shift, 0430 to 1930. If you're lucky, that doesn't last long. I had that experience a few times. A couple of those times, I had a shift leader named SSG Scotty Gray and I think he's the one who answered your question.
