SGT Private RallyPoint Member I served four years active duty and had a 33 year civilian career on one program. I always gave 100 percent and made every effort to improve the organization I was in. I can think of the best organization that I was a member of, but no bad organizations. You can be a leader no matter what your rank or position, and have a positive effect on those around you. This in turn, makes the organization better.
