If you and I were talking face to face, your dream car was parked on the street behind us, and I had the keys for it dangling from my outstretched arm, what would you pay to have it? To drive off in it right then and there?

1967 ford mustang shelby gt 500 eleanor
I would have to vote for the 1967 GT 500 Fastback Mustang, better known to most these days as "Eleanor" featured in Gone in 60 Seconds.

This is the Mustang that I pined for when it first appeared in motor mags. All aluminum frame and shell. V-4 mounted midships. When the Mustang reached the showrooms, I was ready to buy my first new car and went to the nearest Ford dealership. Boy was I disappointed. It was my Falcon hidden in a fancier shell. Same frame. Same suspension. Same 144 ci 6cyl. Mine was more powerful and faster because I had modified it. Still, I wanted a test drive. The salesman looked at me like I had two heads. Why? No one else wanted a test drive. They wanted a Mustang! The dealership had been taking orders and deposits for 6 months, sight unseen, price unknown. Still, I wanted a test drive. So, they borrowed the salesmanager's and I made it one block. The rear axle went into the familiar Falcon hop when I tried a panic stop. I made a U-turn and took it back. No sale. I bought a 65 Mercury Comet Caliente V8, black with a red leather interior. Much sexier and much better.

Had a friend that had one. We discovered that if I leaned forward in the backseat, while the car was moving at highway speed, and then fell back hard into the seat, the car would lose about 5 mph in speed.

You know why the Yugo had a rear window defroster? So your you hands didn't freeze pushing that POS in the middle of winter.

It's missing 2 doors and 2 wheels, but it has a hell of a sun roof.

My brother has a blue fat boy that's about 7 years old...I don't think he's ridden it in 2 years or more!
