I have a Master's in healthcare administration and and one in International Affairs.... i want to maintain my knowledge...

After I finish my undergraduate / Professional MBA and perhaps MSL run, I might give it some serious thought.

I asked this question because i am contemplating the decision. i have always wanted a PhD, i am competing a Masters right now. my issues are: money of course and, will it hurt me in the job market? i aspire to manage a large Cyber Defense department for a big company, (hopefully a bank).

What are ya'lls thoughts?
