Where have you gone for vacation while serving? My favorites were going Garmisch, GE and going on leave from Iraq all the way to the Hale Koa in Hawaii.

You can always check out the camps that they have near Kilauea on the Big Island. One of those secret places that not many know about.

I'm with you, MSG Wade Huffman. I love Garmisch! One day my wife and I walked up a big hill (or a small mountain) near Garmisch. We came out on a field that could have been the setting in some of the "Sound of Music" scenes. Absolutely beautiful!
