Do you have a specific beef breed you prefer in your freezer? Believe it or not Jersey Beef even tho they are a dairy breed according to a study done by Oregon State University ranks right up there with angus in quality of beef with angus and Hereford, just lighter finishing weight. What's your preferred breed? Or does it not matter?
