As for my favorite supplement that would be my own concoction made of base citrulline malate, L-Arginine Alpha-ketoglutarateniacin, niacin, tyrosine, taurine, and caffeine/potassium/sodium (when needed). These help with circulation, nitric oxide production, and endurance.
