I love doing corn on the cob (butter, salt, pepper and wrapped in foil) and lamb burgers. Every now and then I'll prepare some goat ribs and cook them in the pit on low heat. Burroughs made Jul 20 at 2015 7:04 PM2015-07-20T19:04:20-04:002015-07-20T19:04:20-04:00SGT Richard H.829976<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Some of my favorites to grill:<br />-Ribeye steaks seasoned with garlic powder & lemon pepper (yes, I said lemon pepper)<br />-Asparagus, rubbed down w/ olive oil & salt & pepper<br />-Salmon...try putting onions & a slice of a navel orange on it. YUM. <br />-Lobster, split & buttered<br />-Oysters...grill them until they start to open, then open them up & pour in some butter, garlic, and a little wedge of cheddar cheese. <br />-Jalapeno Poppers...after you fill them with cream cheese & wrap in bacon, freeze them & grill frozen. That way the bacon gets more well done without so much cheese melt-off. <br />-Corn...peel back the husk & remove the silk. I would grill every weekend if it was feasable. I love grilling steaks and brats. I also have a recipe where i cook cream cheese filled jalepenos in a ball of sausage but i don't cook that very often as it's really unhealthy lol. I also love to fire up my smoker fairly regularly.
