Lots of history! Hard to choose just one. Some good, some devistatig. Titanic was always interesting. Holocaust was always devistating, but a huge unfortunate turn in medical history.

I am thankful form the following two events. The liberation of yet another Nazi death and concentration camp in 1945 and the death of Pol Pot who devastated Cambodia by his ruthless and capricious policies of who should live, who should be killed and who was destined to slave labor.
1. 1945: British and Canadian troops liberate the Nazi concentration camp Bergen-Belsen.
2. 1998: Cambodian politician and revolutionary Pol Pot, who led the Khmer Rouge from 1963 to 1997, died at the age of 72.

Many things did happen on April 15. The romantics have many lost love stories with the Titanic sinking in 1912; the breaking into a previously all-white institution by Jackie Robinson in 197 who truly was a pioneer for not many black men had risen into any profession; the British liberation of Bergen-Belsen in 1945 to show for all the criminality of Hitler's Reich.

Capt Marty Hogan To much to chose from. I would line up WW2 and then the Tatanic. The Boston Marathon was a direct blow to us and I understand the FBI was warned about the brothers. Heappy Easter to you and yours.
