I was partial to Slipknot during my last deployment. Probably due to too much NO Xplod and powdered protein. I'm sure there will be some interesting responses.

I used to have a playlist with them and Creed.  I named it "Creedleback."

Honestly Sir my workout music can range anywhere from Metallica to Frank Sinatra and everything in between. Just depends on my mood. Also, at risk to sounding like a dork I will admit that from time to time I'll listen to a military cadence as I run.

I have 100+ military cadences on my phone, my MP3 and on CD's. Due to my physical limitations I can no longer run. However, I play cadences when I walk, use a treadmill or elliptical, and even sometimes when I'm cleaning
Keeps me motivated. BTW, I've been out of the military since 2000 but you never get cadences out of your heart. HOOAH!

Ma’am nothing wrong with that. Cadence calls are becoming so much of a lost art that everyone is getting tired of hearing about nothing but a C130 rolling down the strip. I had a UH-60 hovering on the pad because I had the wings they wished they had...
