For one I enjoy interacting with intelligent people who communicate on a professional level. I also like to see read the types of issues, concerns or complaints that other SM's may be challenges with, but the biggest reason is to check myself to see if my way of thinking is on par with my fellow warriors. Some may use this as a networking tool to acquire a job after Military retirement. So far I have been very impressed with the professionals that interact on RP. By communicating and reading some of the answers to questions posted It helps me to think about things from a different perspective. This type of interaction helps one to understand that your way is not the only way or best way of doing business. I appreciate everyone's input here weather I agree with your point of view or not, it is still respected. We are here for a reason. My next question to all would be is: what ever reason you are herefor , is this working or is there a way that w can help you even more?

Well the reason (I feel) that this was started was to help people.
