Surveys have shown that many members of these prestigeus clubs do not participate which means they get no recognition on there centralized promotion boards. Now I do not agree with them not participating but I do believe that it should be placed on the ERB since they did do the hard work to earn it and it is looked highly upon to promotion board members.

I'm not familiar with the Acronym, but I'm assuming Audie Murphy? If so, doesn't your Fit Rep (NCOER) have a space to acknowledge special accomplishments for the reporting periods?

Yes but that is a one time thing for the rating period that it is earned beyond that unless you are a active participant in the club follow on rating periods will not reflect that you have earned it.

1SG (Join to see) I'm sort of torn on this then. The rating period will be inflated (justifiably so) for the accomplishment. When someone stops participation, should they still reap the benefits, as it it not an "official" award? If they are actively participating, future reporting periods can can annotate as a positive mark, and it makes sense.
