<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>That phrase says to me that the occupant of that office believes in just going along with the flow, don't worry about improving anything. I used to have a General Manager who would tell people all the time "you can never be more than what you are" - which became an excuse to do the bare minimum to get by. I get worried when office holders have express such beliefs.
