CPT Private RallyPoint Member, although somewhat lengthy, I like the creed of my alma mater, Auburn University. I've been told that Auburn is the only U.S. college to have a creed, but I can't confirm this one way or the other.

My creedo is to "Do the right thing, for the right reasons, at the right time". Though this is simple to say, but I am challenged each day to achieve my personal standard because each moment brings different options which lead to different outcomes. That said, the Prayer of Serenity is often my guide.

I have always found that if I put God first, everything else in life falls into place my credo is a Bible verse:
Jos 24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.

My guiding principals are leadership, planning, and mentoring. A leader must know when to become a follower and when to step up and take the lead. I consider myself a planner, and have found that I achieve the best results, when I plan first, and do second. I like to share what I have learned by mentoring. In most cases, mentoring is a learning and growing experience for both parties.
