During my time as an NCO I was asked many times by lower ranking soldiers &#39;How/why are you a good NCO?&#39; So usually I&#39;d give the standard answers like &#39;I care&#39; &#39;i go the extra mile&#39; etc etc. So one day during my deployment I decided to consolidate all the answers into one motto. This is what I came up with. &quot;I am an NCO. I follow my leaders and I lead my followers.&quot; <br /> Have you a motto, creed or something of the like that you have lived by?
