What is your reaction to President Obama's West Point foreign policy speech?

Yesterday the President gave a speech to the West Point graduating class of 2014 that highlighted his foreign policy goals. I have heard many varied reactions from politicians and pundits but few from service members. I haven't yet formed a succinct opinion, but I wanted to hear from other service members what they thought of President Obama's commencement/foreign policy speech.
