I just think it is humorous that it has taken this long for the military to make it part of the process, it is just an update to the EO portion that was there before, nothing really new just refreshed in my opinion. As far as the NCOER portion we annotated it on our rating schemes, "within SHARP bullet timelines" that way the rating chain all had one more nudge to include it on the counseling/report. Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 27 at 2013 7:49 AM 2013-12-27T07:49:35-05:00 2013-12-27T07:49:35-05:00 SFC Private RallyPoint Member 43308

I have already started doing so and I because there is a requirement or standards for what seems so many training and safety, I used the following bullet.

integrated safety, force protection, security and SHARP into everyday operations resulting in zero accidents or violations during rated period
Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 24 at 2014 9:58 AM 2014-01-24T09:58:38-05:00 2014-01-24T09:58:38-05:00 2013-12-13T04:33:54-05:00
