What is your view on Science Fiction movies? Just and idea to kill the time after Father's Day! Some have indicated on RP that the order of merit of the movies is not correct. Although I voted that I like SciFi, I have to admit that I prefer reality. Not reality TV. Just reality. So much of the SciFi that I've grown up with has been surpassed by SciReality that it's lost much of its allure. To be honest, Dune is the only SciFi that remains truly visionary to me

I think the book dune is the best read I've ever had. Don't think the movie is very good, but it let's me get back to the story without having to read it again. I love to see dune redone as a trilogy or better and all the follow on books as well.
