The one thing corporate HR and executives are looking for are people with the proper mindset for success. The education piece and experience are great but carry no value in corporate America.

The reason being, all candidates bring similar education background that are requirements for the position. Experiential knowledge can help differentiate but it is not a value until coupled with the "Optimal Mindset" for success. I know this because I was part of corporate America, as a C-Suite corporate executive for a fortune 50 corporation for 8 years.

That's why my purpose & passion in life is communicating this initial step of Optimizing your mindset for success in the civilian workplace.
