What message do you hope the Pope gives to Congress?

Today, we are all a witness to history. For the first time in history, the Pope will address a joint session of Congress and the Senate. While some of excited on his views on the environment and things like that, what sort of message are you hoping to Pope gives to this joint session? What historical impacts will this have on the relationship between note only the US and the Vatican but will it help improve our stance on the world stage?

SGT Ben Keen I hope the Pope preaches Christ to Congress gently and with respect.
I also hopes he tells them stand firm for the truth, don't equivocate, seek justice for all including those in the womb to those in hospice and hopefully encourage us to clean house so that we can one day serve as a lighthouse to the nations as the Statue of Liberty suggests.

If the Christians in Congress REALLY want to be good Christians, then the Pope should only have to quote one thing...

“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

If we stopped with all the divisiveness and cared for each other, this would be a very different place indeed.

Although some of this doesn't apply to the current Pope, the financials are fairly well presented. When the advocates of Climate Change tool around in massive personal jets to espouse climate change while leaving a huge carbon foot print, there seems to be a bit od hypocrisy, whether the Pope, Obama or Gore. As for the income equality story, the nation/state of the
Vatican is about 800 people with a net worth of $15=20B, invested in such entities as GM and GE. Sounds like someone likes the Dung that was spoken of and doesn't take the anti-capitalism very seriously. Two articles of note? I do not normally get involved with religious topics, with the exception of abortion, which I feel very strongly about. That and I am an acknowledged Agnostic.
