Who can i talk to because i really want to do recruiting. What might be reasons to get your company recruiting interviewsheet for recruiting volunteer packet denied? 2018-10-11T01:02:24-04:00 SGT Private RallyPoint Member 4035904 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>What might cause it to get denied if you are fully qualified, no ucmj trouble at all, did more than a year at unit, and have a ncoer? WhenI was a Commander, I didn’t decide in a bubble. I’d ask the 1SG and the NCOs supervisor what they thought of the NCO applying. Maturity, career progression, how strong thier NCOERs were, etc. Recruiting requires a mature NCO, someone who can operate with autonomy. If you only have a few years in the Army and only 1-2 NCOERs, I would hesitate to send you to Recruiting. Did you conduct an interview with the 1SG and Company Commander? A volunteer packet requires Battalion Commander support as well. Why do you want to be a recruiter? Recruiters are most often qualified SSGs. The reason is the experience required to coach new recruits, also wanting to ensure that you are MOSQ so that when you return to the field you haven’t lost all of your skill set. Your unit should council you as to why exactly. Be patient you time will come. Thank you for your service. There is someone up there that does not agree with your choice change that mind.
