I would say accountability, patience that we learned from the "hurry up and wait" routine and being able to delegate tasks.

We are not too shabby at being Grand Parents as long as we don't push our grand kids to be one of "the few, the proud, the US Marines."....some Moms aren't too crazy about that idea so maybe "being all you can be in the US Army" might fly in some households instead?????....Although I haven't tried that one yet..
