What MOS is the AGR looking for most? I am a drilling reservist (TPU) and an Engineer (12A) First Lieutenant. Should I consider re-classing?

Finish your EN CCC and then go to the HRMQC. Having 42B/H as an additional MOS is very useful in the AGR system.

I can only say that I have heard that there is shortage in logistics, at least for NCOs. I have noticed that most of the officer AGR seem to be in Personnel, but typically BDE level or higher.. Which I believe requires O3/O4

Logistics and an overall Operations background is needed most in the AGR program based on my experience as a TPU member!

When I went in, it was hard to get Engineer branch, so very few have it up, even on the reserve side. If you're looking to add, you might try the Reserve Public Affairs course. There used to be an NBC course for officers.

CPO Private RallyPoint Member I got picked up as an AGR as a 1LT Engineer officer. We have a lot of opportunities and positions to be promoted up through LTC. COL of course is harder to get. In recent history it seems like we have a higher promotion rate than other branches. They may have less people promoted than Logistics, but they are larger than us.
