A few examples such as Remember the Titans, Hoosiers and Glory Road. There are also military movies such as The Last Castle, Men of Honor and We Were Soldiers. This list goes on and on but these are some of my favorites and they all have some valuable lessons to keep in your leadership toolbox. Both the Battalion commander and the CSM are great examples of leadership. Sgt. Eversmann is tasked with the job as chalk leader at the last moment. He took his guys out and did what had to be done in order to complete the mission and keep his chalk intact. Despite taking on casualties, he showed what every leader should be like--enlisted or officer.
