The curveball is that I am now in SLC until the end of April and the promotion board will require all of the paperwork to be submitted by the end of May. How do you handle this scenario? Will the SLC 1059 suffice, complete the record, or continue extended annual? What NCOER should be submitted if I'm currently at SLC and I should have received an extended annual NCOER? 2016-04-05T17:05:43-04:00 2016-04-05T17:05:43-04:00 SSG Private RallyPoint Member 1431985 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If they are not able to produce a back date or a new NCOER for that quarter then your unit will need to do a memorandum for record stating why you don't have an NCOER. <br /><br />I was in the same boat when I transferred units and states that the current unit needed my NCOERs for promotions and I had to back track four years to get them.<br /><br />I hope this helps.
